WRUST&TU Ilmenau “Tip- and laser-based 3D-Nanofabrication” seminar

Nanometrology Group together with Research Training Group (RTG) on Tip- and laser-based 3D-Nanofabrication in extended macroscopic working areas (NanoFab) (https://www.tu-ilmenau.de/nanofab/) organises workshop where recent research achivements and doctoral researches will be presented.

During meeting there will be 33 talks, including  16 given bu PhD students from TU Ilmenau, 10 given by PHD students from WRUST and 2 given by students from  Scintific Students Association SPENT.
