During 2-4 of March in the Samotnia shelter in the Karkonosze mountains will be organised 9th Dachshund Workshop: Nanometrology for nanoelectronics and material science.

During seminar the will be 32 participants from Nanometrology Division WrUST, Technische Universität Dresden and Institute of Electron Technology (Warszawa)
